District Office Building- Brunswick Sewer District
The Brunswick Sewer District (BSD) knew their old building needed to be brought up to current code and efficiency standards. They were thinking renovation.
But when Ouellet and Harriman Associates joined them at the table in a design-build partnership, it became clear that far more could be gained by constructing a new building on the existing foundation, and for only slightly more than the cost to renovate. The BSD moved into their new offices in early January.
