Quinby House Renovation

Client Testimonial

“Mike Ouellet is very attentive to even the smallest of details to provide a level of quality not usually obtained in the construction industry.”

William S. Gardiner, CFM, Bowdoin College

One could legitimately call the project at Bowdoin College’s historical Quinby House “The Project of the Century”.
After all, it was about 1900 when original construction began, and with the recent completion, the calendar is about to turn on the new century. Under a directive from the college that the restoration be authentic, Ouellet, in a fast-tracked 74 days, gutted the interior of the building to the exterior studs, insulated it, replaced all our recent renovation under the guidance of project architect Mac Collins.
