Maybe you’ve noticed that we’re looking to fill some important roles here at Ouellet. It’s not enough for us to just fill those seats.
We need the right people to join the Ouellet family, people we can rely on to uphold our values as a company and represent us in the community.
We’re putting our money where our mouth is. To attract the caliber of folks we want on our team, we’re offering a few different bonuses.
Community Referral Bonus – $1000
Have a friend that might be a good fit for us and one of our open positions? Refer them! Anyone is eligible to collect this bonus if their referral ends up being hired. Questions? Contact us for more information.
Project Manager or Project Superintendent – $5000
These are really important roles at Ouellet, and the right candidate will receive a $5000 bonus as part of their hiring package. (Details will be discussed during the interview/hiring process.)
Lead Carpenter – $3000
Another key role at Ouellet, and the right person will be eligible for a $3000 bonus upon hiring. (Details will be discussed during the interview/hiring process.)
