Ouellet Construction welcomes Kimberly Poisson.

Kimberly joined the Ouellet team at the end of September as our first-ever Office Manager. She is highly experienced in finance. Her positive attitude and work ethic directly align with Ouellet’s values and approach. We are delighted for her to join our team!

Experience

Kimberly comes to us with 30 years of finance experience, primarily in payroll processing, human resources, and bookkeeping. Prior to joining us, she was the Manager of Operations for the Maine Celtics, the NBA G League affiliate of the Boston Celtics. She was also a part of the finance team for the Boston Celtics. 

While she is new to the construction industry, her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accounting knowledge have already proven a valuable asset to client projects.

In Her Spare Time

When Kimberly isn’t working hard for Ouellet, she enjoys spending time with her husband, five adult sons, ten grandchildren, and a Boxer who is “loved by all and the most spoiled furbaby.” 

She and her husband enjoy listening to live music, taking long scenic drives, and spending time at the ocean. One of her favorite things to do at the beach is to collect sea glass and heart-shaped rocks to turn into keepsakes for family and friends. 

Working With Ouellet Construction

Kimberly has had the opportunity to work with large companies, such as the Boston Celtics, but desired a change. “I wanted to find a company closer to home, and Ouellet Construction is the perfect fit for me.” With fondness, she added, “I definitely feel as though I am part of the work family at Ouellet Construction.”

Throughout the interview process, it became clear that Kimberly was the Office Manager Ouellet Construction was looking for. “When we knew, we knew,” reflects Luke Ouellet. “There is a lot of opportunity in her that we’ve yet to see bloom.”
