Our Team

Luke grew up working for Ouellet Construction, contributing on weekends and completing multiple internships, just as many family members did before him.

After earning a degree in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, Luke worked as an assistant project manager for the Gilbane Building Company in Boston. Luke was responsible for subcontractor and material procurement, scheduling, quality, and financial management on various projects for clients including Citizen’s Bank, the Boston Red Sox, and Google. Since joining the team in 2014 with an arsenal of industry insights, Luke has quickly earned a reputation as an excellent communicator and broad picture thinker who maintains clear attention to detail throughout the entire construction process.
