This month, we’d like to take some time to recognize the amazing staff we have working for us and show how grateful we are for our team.
As a family-run business, we genuinely care about our employees, and we treat them with the respect and understanding that we would our own families. We don’t take any of our staff for granted, and we strive to show them our appreciation every chance we get. We understand that every team member’s role is equally as important as the next, and we are grateful to have a group of such hard-working, professional, and knowledgeable individuals working with us.
Our Team
The Ouellet Construction team is made up of a dynamic group of individuals who are dedicated to working together to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. From the back office to the field, every team member is critical to our continued success, and we want to make sure each staff member knows how grateful we are to have them on our team. Administrative Superheroes
The administrative team at Ouellet is made up of a small, close-knit team of individuals who work hard to manage the financial and administrative aspects of the company. Day-in and day-out, they are crunching numbers, organizing crucial documents, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and much more.
Without them working hard behind the scenes, our other teams on the field wouldn’t be able to focus on managing projects and other responsibilities. Though our clients don’t always see the work these team members are doing, they are an integral part of the Ouellet Construction team, and we wouldn’t be the company we are today without them.

Our Project Managers and Superintendents
With the support of the administrative team, our project managers and superintendents fulfill a wide range of duties. By providing estimates and developing complex project plans, to solving on-site challenges and communicating with clients, and more, these individuals keep Ouellet operating in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Each team member assists in keeping projects moving forward, addressing and overcoming challenges and unexpected complexities as they arise. These individuals have developed a high level of expertise in various areas of construction and project management, and their knowledge and skills are what makes Ouellet Construction stand out from the rest.

Carpenters and Subcontractors
Simply put, without our carpenters and subcontractors, we would be unable to provide construction services to our clients. We value our skilled and dedicated employees and subcontractors who are out there braving the elements and not only getting the job done – but ensuring that it is done well.
We appreciate the professionalism and integrity with which our subcontractors perform services on behalf of Ouellet. We are also grateful for their exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, which ensures that the quality of services we provide consistently exceeds client expectations.

While our clients aren’t a permanent part of the Ouellet Construction team, we do consider them to be team members while working with them throughout the construction process. We work closely with various members of our clients’ teams as if they were our own.
We treat clients like we treat our team members – like family. We strive to develop a strong working relationship with our clients – one that is based on respect, honesty, and integrity, and one that will hopefully last for years to come.

Looking Forward
In addition to being thankful for our team members and clients, we’re also getting excited about the holiday season. We are grateful for the ability to host an annual holiday party at our office, to which employees and their families are all invited. The event offers a chance for everyone to get together for a casual and relaxed event, and to celebrate all we have accomplished together over the past year, and to look forward to growing and improving in the upcoming year.
