Our Team

David developed carpentry and plumbing skills from on-site experience with a local commercial contractor and fell in love with construction at a young age.

While earning a degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, David honed his project management and estimation skills at E.W. Burman in Warwick, Rhode Island. Since joining Ouellet Construction in 2000, David has led both in the office and in the field, proving he is as comfortable working directly with architects as he is solving challenges on-site. As a dedicated partner throughout the construction process, David possesses strong analytical skills and is quick to grasp the intent and complexities of every project which guarantees that you know your estimate will be right the first time.
