Charlene Rand is a graduate of the University of Maine, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
She began her career at TD Bank in the Finance Department, gaining a strong foundation in financial operations.
Prior to joining Ouellet Construction, Charlene worked at Favreau Electric, where she managed Accounts Payable and supported Human Resources and Safety initiatives. Her diverse background allows her to bring a well-rounded, detail-oriented approach to her role.
When she’s not at work, Charlene enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, and she loves to travel whenever she gets the chance.
