Dean knew from a young age that he wanted to join the family construction business and worked his way from observing job sites to managing the full scope of the job.

After earning a degree in Residential Construction from Northern Maine Technical College, Dean returned to Ouellet Construction and developed his reputation as an effective communicator and agile problem solver. Dean’s straightforward manner and foresight in planning paves the way for clear and collaborative negotiations, while his organizational savvy and quick on site decision making result in projects that are ahead of schedule and under budget.
