Day's Jewelers Nashua: Owner's Representative Services
Client Testimonial
“Mike’s role in advocating for us more than paid for their services. His guidance helped us watch expense control and avoid potentially costly mistakes. It was money very well spent.”
Kathy Corey, Owner, Day's Jewelers
Day’s Jewelers partnered with Ouellet Construction, CWS Architects, Dennis Mires, P.A., and Fulcrum Associates to build a contemporary, stand-alone retail location in Nashua, New Hampshire. Ouellet Construction provided owner’s representative services for this project.
The 5,850-square-foot space is Day’s Jewelers 8th location and its first stand-alone new building.
The store features the “Forevermark” Diamond line as the focal point of their marketing strategy throughout the space. The building design specifically incorporates a new, contemporary/modern look to appeal to a new generation of buyers. Each of their existing locations were built using a traditional, New England style design.
As the owner’s representative on the project, Ouellet worked to deliver quality results within a tight timeline, while also being mindful of the client’s best interests from a financial standpoint. CWS Architects was responsible for all interior design, while Dennis Mires, P.A. designed the exterior shell of the building. It was truly a joint effort by both parties.
